Intro to Primal Embodiment
In this 75 minute class, I will introduce you to the language of sensual movement and erotic embodiment. We explore a floor flow that focuses on pleasure and empowerment, as well as allowing our bodies to get stronger and more flexible! All you need is a yoga mat or rug, the space for expression, and a desire to connect to your body and self! I offer lots of choices and options to move your way!

Sensual Slow Flow
In this class, we explore sensual movement in a free flow that takes you on a journey of pleasure and possibility. Through sensual dance and embodiment we explore and connect to our deepest desires. This is a place to welcome and hold space for the powerful stories that live deep in our bodies. Together we can let these stories unfold and take us on a journey back to ourselves. This is an opportunity to play in the surrender of freedom of expression!

Sensual Self Love
In this Online 90 minute Workshop, we will be exploring Sensual Dance as a journey into self love and empowerment! This workshop is designed to help you cultivate a deeper connection with your body, embrace your sensuality, and celebrate your unique authentic self! Through sensual dance, gentle self love practices and embodied visualization, we will create a more compassionate and intimate relationship with our bodies and selves!

Embodying Magic
In this Online 6 Week Series, we explore an embodied approach to Magic and Ritual. By connecting through our senses and intuition, we allow our truth, our power, and our pleasure to emerge!
Some things we will be exploring are; creating sacred space, invoking the elements, working with the phases of the moon, Dark Goddess/Shadow work and much more! This is also an opportunity to practice and play with others and see how powerful and healing being in circle can be! This is a space for amazing and powerful magic! (Classes will be recorded in case you can’t make it to the Live class)

Preparing your space
Because we are moving in our own spaces, we have the freedom to make it a delight to our senses. This is a time to let our brain take a back seat. Preparing your space could be as simple as putting a scarf over a lamp (safety first), or dimming your lights…maybe you light some incense or sprinkle your favorite essential oils on the rug. I invite you to allow your sensuality to be called into the space before we even begin! A yoga mat or soft rug is recommended since much of our movement takes place on the floor. Having a soft blanket or pillows nearby is always welcomed…anything that makes you and your body feel good. It’s ok if you don’t know what that is yet, these classes can help tune you inward and discover what your body desires!

What to wear
Choosing what you wear to class is another exciting place to let your body lead. I encourage you to feel into what your sensual self enjoys, instead of what your mind thinks is right. You can start by going through your closet and finding anything that makes you feel good. Play around with different materials and shapes. Maybe what you love is an old T shirt or some stretchy yoga pants. Maybe it’s a silk slip or decadent lingerie. It could be those playful booty shorts or even a baggy sweater…something that you can move in and that brings your body some joy and pleasure!

Music
I make a curated playlist for every class. For Beginner classes, I will play the music through Zoom. If everyone has Spotify Premium I will send you the link and we will play it “together” as we move! Music is such a beautiful and important tool to express ourselves. During my years of teaching I have created hundreds of playlists to help my students let go and sink in. Music has always been a way for me to escape and truly find my body’s voice. You are also welcome to take the play list and create it on your own streaming service! (some songs have explicit lyrics)

Emotionally and Physically prepare
Sensual movement and embodiment can be an incredibly fun and empowering experience! When we slow down and listen to our bodies, we can tap into so many pleasurable feelings and sensations. This powerful movement and exploration can also bring up emotions we aren’t expecting. Many have found the courage to release feelings and fear we didn’t even know we had. This is the healing power of primal embodiment. We are here to meet you where you are to see you and hold those feelings. If you feel you need extra support, please see our resources to help find a qualified therapist or other professional support person.
For your physical body in movement classes, we recommend you are nourished with a light meal. It is also important to tune in to whatever feels right for you, everyone is different. It’s a good idea to have some water near by. If using a yoga mat, be sure not to put lotion or oil on beforehand so you don’t slip and slide!
