Erotic Embodiment to me is the practice of fully experiencing what it is to be in a body. This means allowing the emotions, sensations, experiences and even thoughts to move through the body. We build capacity not only for pleasure but also for the full range of feelings. I combine movement and teachings from many different styles and modalities. The movement is mostly on the floor, using a mat or soft rug, but can be done from a chair or standing. Along with building internal capacity, we are also building strength and flexibility. This movement can make you super strong, if that is what you are here to do! It combines sensual and erotic dance, somatic and embodiment explorations and even some meditation, visualization and grounding!

I give guidance and cues that are specific, especially in the beginning, so that you feel that you have some language to express yourself, and at the same time I give full permission to go off script and move exactly how your body wants to move!

This is a call to embody more of yourself, to connect with the parts that have been lost. The energy that is created when we gather to move together, feel together, share our vulnerability and our joy, is Revolutionary and Magical!
